There is a lot on the blog and I have been dipping in more or less at random, which is not working. Is there an order?
New here — what order should I read the blog in?

There is, roughly, and it is not the order the site presents them in. What worked for me:
- What Peptides Actually Are — the definition, and why it is less useful than it sounds.
- How to Read a Peptide Study Without Being Fooled — read this before any compound page. It is the one that changes how you read everything else, and reading it after means going back over the compound pages a second time.
- Then one compound page for something you actually care about, and notice how much of the study-reading post you are now using.
- Third-Party Testing and What a COA Proves — the one people skip and then wish they had not.
- Storing and Handling Peptides — dull until it is not.
The guides are a separate track and only relevant if you have already decided to do something. They say so themselves in their own introductions.
Sorry, long answer to a short question.
Started with the study one on your advice. Went back to a compound page I had already read and found three things I had skimmed straight past, including that the effect I was interested in was measured in rats.
Slightly annoyed at myself. Thanks.
That experience — reading something twice and seeing different things — is worth sitting with rather than being annoyed about.
The first read you are looking for whether it works. The second you are looking for what kind of claim is being made. Almost nobody does the second read unprompted, and the entire supplement industry is built on that.
